Simply put, diversity is inclusion in action.  It is critical that we continue to cultivate an inclusive workplace that is diverse in every sense of the word.  Not only because it is the right thing to do, but because the continued success of our Company and our ability to serve customers and stakeholders, both internally and externally, depends on it.
