How It Works

Paid Volunteer Hours: Each employee is granted 3 days (24 hours) annually specifically for volunteer work. These hours can be used in a single day or spread out over multiple days, depending on the nature of the volunteering activities.
Choice of Cause: Employees have the freedom to choose the cause or organization they wish to support. Whether it's a local charity, a community project, or a national organization, we encourage our team to follow their passions.
Flexible Scheduling: We recognize the importance of flexibility. Employees can schedule their volunteer hours in a way that fits their personal and professional commitments.
