Alula has over 15 years of commercial & operations leadership experience in Healthcare, Biotechnology and Medical Devices. Before joining IPA, Alula was in sales leadership within Trane Technologies’ Life Sciences Solutions (LSS) business. Prior to LSS, Alula was at Danaher Corporation where he progressively expanded his leadership footprint across global product management & marketing, services across EMEA, and sales spanning the Americas & EMEA regions. Earlier in his career, Alula worked in business development at General Electric in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and held operations and engineering roles at Abbott Laboratories in the US and Ireland.
Alula holds a BS in Industrial & System Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
About Me
Alula grew up between Madison, WI (Go Badgers) and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. He is an avid traveler and self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys spending time with family & friends and is passionate about volunteering in the community.

Lenette Adams-Wallace
Vice President of Engineering &
Product Development
Responsibilities at IPA
As the Vice President of Engineering and Product Development, Lenette oversees the execution and continuous improvement of IPA’s product strategy, new product development, and sustaining engineering efforts. She is responsible for the full development lifecycle through application and platform engineering, design, and quality assurance.

Lenette is experienced in program and product management, supply chain operations, engineering, and resource management, as well as product development and launches, process optimization, and risk management. Lenette's industry experience includes collaborations with companies such as Lenovo, Google, Motorola Mobility, and Southern Company Services. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Alabama and has a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
About Me
Lenette is an avid traveler — her favorite place to be is by the water. She loves hiking, volunteering, and enjoys reading. Above all, she treasures her time with her husband, two children, and grandson.

Valerie Brown
Vice President of Human Resources

Throughout her career, Valerie has been responsible for developing solid human resources programs in rapidly growing companies. She has held human resources leadership and strategic business partner positions with Portman Holdings, TriMont Real Estate Advisors, Cypress Communications and Charles Schwab. Valerie earned a Bachelor of Science in Public and Urban Affairs with a concentration in Human Resources from Georgia State University. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.
About Me
During her free time, Valerie enjoys bowling and attending live music events. She also loves spa days for relaxation and cherishes spending quality time with family and friends.

Jim Fischman
Vice President of Finance

In this multifaceted role, he ensures that each department operates seamlessly and efficiently, providing the necessary information and support for the company's strategic growth. Through his comprehensive management, Jim plays a pivotal role in driving the company's financial health and strategic development.

Jim has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience, largely with manufacturing companies across various sectors focused in the healthcare industry. Most recently, Jim served as the CFO at the Marena Group, LLC, a PE-backed leading post-surgical garment manufacturer. He has a BBA in Accounting from The University of Georgia and a MBA in Finance from Georgia State University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.
About Me
Jim is married and has a family of five adult children and takes great pleasure in spending time with his family. Jim enjoys traveling with his wife, playing golf and boating on Lake Lanier.

Scott Oman
Vice President of Operations

As VP of Operations, Scott is responsible for the strategic leadership of the Operations (Production, Quality and Materials Management) Team to help implement lean manufacturing / continuous improvement strategies and drive operational efficiency to meet company goals and objectives.

With over 30 years of progressive levels of experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations both nationally and internationally, Scott has successfully led and directed associates to deliver positive bottom-line results and customer-focused solutions. A Six Sigma Black Belt, he is keenly interested in continuous process improvement and the resulting gains in efficiency and revenue. He is a results-oriented leader with expertise in transforming disparate personnel perspectives into a more engaged, motivated collaborative culture.
About Me
Scott is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Master’s Degree from the University of Georgia. He enjoys running, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family. Scott and his wife of 31 years, Kristin, have four children and are residents of Alpharetta, GA.

As IPA's Vice President of Service, Jenn oversees the entire customer experience lifecycle. From the moment a product is sold to its delivery, implementation, training, and ongoing support, our goal is to ensure a top-notch customer experience. Her team, comprising Project Managers, Implementation Engineers, Customer Support Engineers, and Product Training specialists, are dedicated to delivering excellent service and support.

Jenn brings 20 years of leadership, project management, and implementation experience in the healthcare industry to IPA. Before her current role, Jenn served as the Director of Implementation at IPA, where she led the team to create a standard customer implementation processes and procedures. Before joining IPA, she was the Senior Director of Project Management and Implementation for MedQuest Associates, part of Novant Health. Jenn is also in the final stages of completing her Bachelor's degree in Project Management with a minor in Organizational Leadership, underscoring her commitment to professional growth and leadership excellence.
About Me
Jenn resides in Savannah, GA, with her husband, where they are restoring a Victorian home. Their two adult children live nearby, allowing for cherished family gatherings. Jenn has a passion for travel and adventure, enjoying activities such as kiteboarding and tennis. She also loves to express her creativity through cooking, frequently experimenting with healthy new recipes.

John Smith

John has over 30 years of experience leading sales teams, primarily in the healthcare sector. His previous companies include FELLFAB® and Dentsply Sirona, where he successfully managed teams, developed strategic sales plans, and cultivated strong client relationships.
