President
Responsibilities at IPA
Stephen is responsible for shaping and maintaining the company culture. This responsibility includes defining core values and ensuring that these values are integrated into all aspects of the business, from hiring practices to daily operations. Stephen sets the tone for the workplace environment by modeling behaviors that reflect the company's values, promoting open communication, encouraging collaboration, and fostering a sense of inclusivity and respect among employees. Additionally, he initiates and supports programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, such as professional development opportunities, team-building activities, and wellness programs, all aimed at creating a positive and productive work environment.

Past Experience
Stephen brings over 20 years of experience in division management, sales leadership, sales operations, and marketing, in various industries across the country. Before joining IPA, Stephen led the Healthcare Division for HD Supply. He began his career as a Brand Manager at The Clorox Company, and his work experience includes various leadership roles at Amerigas, Cannon Equipment, and Rohm and Hass/Dow Chemical.
Stephen holds a BS in Applied Engineering from Michigan State University and a MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
About Me
Stephen lives in the Atlanta area with his family, He has three sons and one granddaughter. Outside of work, Stephen is active in his church where he is member of the Elder Board. He also enjoys traveling with his family and participating in youth sports with his boys.
Lenette Adams-Wallace
Vice President of Engineering &
Product Development
Responsibilities at IPA
As the Vice President of Engineering and Product Development, Lenette oversees the execution and continuous improvement of IPA’s product strategy, new product development, and sustaining engineering efforts. She is responsible for the full development lifecycle through application and platform engineering, design, and quality assurance.

Lenette is experienced in program and product management, supply chain operations, engineering, and resource management, as well as product development and launches, process optimization, and risk management. Lenette's industry experience includes collaborations with companies such as Lenovo, Google, Motorola Mobility, Southern Company Services, and Monsanto. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Alabama
About Me
Lenette is an avid traveler, her favorite place to be is by the water, she loves hiking, and enjoys reading. Above all, she treasures her time with her husband, two children, and grandson.
John Smith
Vice President of Sales
Responsibilities at IPA
As the VP of Sales, John holds a pivotal role in overseeing all facets of the sales process to drive revenue growth. His responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that align with IPA's goals, informed by thorough market analysis and target setting. John leads and manages the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support while also handling tasks such as hiring and performance evaluations. Additionally, he is responsible for creating sales plans and forecasts, monitoring key metrics, collaborating closely with other departments to ensure alignment, building and nurturing strong customer relationships, optimizing IPA sales processes, and staying updated on market trends. Continuously seeking out new sales techniques and technologies, John strives to keep our organization competitive and drive long-term success.

Jenn Gunter
Vice President of Service
Responsibilities at IPA
As VP of Service, Jenn is responsible for customer experience - from the time the product is sold through delivery, implementation, customer training, and support through the life of the project. Her team includes Project Managers, Implementation Engineers, Customer Support, and Product

In her previous role at IPA, Jenn was the Director of Implementation. Before that, she worked for a large health system as the Senior Director of Project Management and Implementation for radiology.
About Me
Jenn lives in Savannah, GA with her husband and kitty, Charlie, and has her two grown children nearby. She loves to travel, spend time at the beach kiteboarding, playing tennis, and cooking.
Valerie Brown
Senior Director of Human Resources
Responsibilities at IPA
Responsible for leading the development, direction, and execution of the Human Resources function for the Company.

Valerie earned a Bachelor of Science in Public and Urban Affairs with a concentration in Human Resources from Georgia State University. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management. Throughout her career, Valerie has been responsible for developing solid human resources programs in rapidly growing companies. With decades of experience, she has held human resources leadership and strategic business partner positions with Portman Holdings, TriMont Real Estate Advisors, Cypress Communications and Charles Schwab.

During her free time, Valerie enjoys bowling, live music, spa days and spending time with family and friends.
Jim Fischman
Vice President of Finance

As VP of Finance, Jim lead IPA's Finance, Accounting, Commercial Operations and Information Technology to ensure we are delivering information to support the strategic growth of IPA.

Jim has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience, largely with manufacturing companies across various sectors focused in the healthcare industry. Most recently, Jim served as the CFO at the Marena Group, LLC, a PE-backed leading post-surgical garment manufacturer. He has a BBA in Accounting from The University of Georgia and a MBA in Finance from Georgia State University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.
About Me
Jim is married with five adult children and enjoys spending time outdoors either playing golf or boating on Lake Lanier.
