The 2024 IPA Company Meeting
ATLANTA, January, 2024 – IPA hosted its annual company-wide, in-person meeting with the 2024 IPA Company Meeting, taking place January 22-25, 2024. It was an opportunity for the IPA team to gather together for information sharing and strategizing across all departments within the company. It also provided an opportunity to look back at the highlights from 2023 and focus on the priorities for 2024.
The meeting theme of “Building Better Teams” focused on investing in our IPA departments to build more cohesive, engaging, and successful teams. Better insights, better organization, better processes, better procedures, better feedback, and better communication all stack on top of each other to form a strong IPA structure.
The meeting kicked off with a General Session that featured a Lego team challenge for all employees. Then the focus shifted to keynote speaker, Billy Boughey who spoke about the building blocks of a healthy organizational culture with an energetic, crowd-engaging keynote speech that offered practical team and individual takeaways. The bulk of the rest of the meeting feature a collection of enriching, insightful, and engaging group breakout sessions. There was also a fun, engaging Community Service Event hosted by Atlanta Challenge featuring a spirited toy house building activity across multiple teams.
The IPA Grand Gala and Awards Banquet provided a chance to celebrate our IPA team and our commitment to our mission, vision, and values with run of awards across all departments. It was an evening of stylish dresses and wardrobes that have become the signature expression of the IPA Grand Gala, as well as some dance floor fun and DJ music.
