University of New Mexico Hospital Project

ATLANTA, August 15, 2022 – At IPA, our goal is to provide a successful delivery, installation, and go-live process for our customers' equipment. The teamwork between IPA and our customers is critical to the success of this process and it helps to minimize the possibility of delays in delivery and installation.

Last week we had an awesome success story:

IPA recently wrapped up a project at University of New Mexico Hospital to upgrade 21 scrubEx and 9 alEx machines.

“In my 13 years with IPA, I have never had a project of this size go so incredibly well!” said Dana Lewis, Senior Sales Manager with IPA. “This project was a combination of an outstanding team on our side, including Charlie Fernandez and Dom Capers, working closely with the UNM team, coupled with our transportation partner handling the delivery. With Kristy Woods and Janet Wareham seeing the project through as Project Managers, there was a strong collaborative approach with the IPA Sales team, the PMs, the IEs (Implementation Engineers) and all our contacts on the customer side. The University of North Mexico Hospital was extremely pleased with the results.”
