Immediate Openings

  • The electronics assembler is primarily responsible for assembling and installing components into scrubEx and alEx machines
  • Electro-mechanical assembly using small hand tools and battery-operated power tools.
  • Installing and connecting wire harnesses
  • Some light fabrication work (cutting steel rod, drilling, chamfering, etc.)
  • Accurately tracking production and work orders
  • Works under the general direction of Buyer/Planners and shares in the responsibility of purchasing, receiving, and general inventory management for IPA
  • Generating Purchase Orders for Kanban Materials and sending to suppliers
  • Obtain supplier PO Confirmations and updating accordingly in system
  • Maintain Kanban board including follow-ups on past-due materials
  • Complete incoming, in-process and final inspection requirements. May review mechanical, electrical or visual concerns. Reviews submitted paperwork for appropriate completing.
  • Helps to disposition suspect material and process for process completing. Makes judgment calls on the status of goods 
  • Assist with root cause investigations ensuring elimination of issues. 
  • Resolve part issues to ensure safe and consistent production activities.
