ASSEMBLER

The electronics assembler is primarily responsible for assembling and installing components into scrubEx and alEx machines
-
Electro-mechanical assembly using small hand tools and battery-operated power tools.

Installing and connecting wire harnesses
-
Some light fabrication work (cutting steel rod, drilling, chamfering, etc.)
-
Accurately tracking production and work orders
INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST
-
Works under the general direction of Buyer/Planners and shares in the responsibility of purchasing, receiving, and general inventory management for IPA
-
Generating Purchase Orders for Kanban Materials and sending to suppliers
-
Obtain supplier PO Confirmations and updating accordingly in system
-
Maintain Kanban board including follow-ups on past-due materials
QUALITY ASSOCIATE/ SPECIALIST
-
Complete incoming, in-process and final inspection requirements. May review mechanical, electrical or visual concerns. Reviews submitted paperwork for appropriate completing.

Helps to disposition suspect material and process for process completing. Makes judgment calls on the status of goods
-
Assist with root cause investigations ensuring elimination of issues.

Resolve part issues to ensure safe and consistent production activities.
