New Customer Testimonial

David Maffeo, Senior Director of Support Services at Boston Medical Center, sat down with me during a virtual interview to discuss the benefits of the IPA solution suite. He’s an advocate for both alEx and scrubEx and has converted nearly all of his exchange carts to alEx Linen Centers. Also, due to the success of scrubEx for scrubs, they decided to distribute N95 masks via the scrubEx dispensers.

These testimonials are available on the homepage of the IPA website. Visit www.thinkipa.com to watch the full interviews.

Human Resources

Open Enrollment is Here

It's that time of year again! Open Enrollment starts Monday, November 2nd and ends Monday, November 16th at 11:59 PM (your local time).

Once Open Enrollment ends, the next time you will be able to make changes in your benefits is next year at this time, unless you have a qualifying life event, like getting married, having a child, or a dependent loses or gains coverage. If you have a qualifying life event, you have 30 days from the date of that event to make changes to your benefits in UltiPro.

Questions? Contact IPA's Human Resources department.

Employee Spotlights

Congratulations Jamie Nelinson!

Despite the obstacles that have kept us all away from our plans for this year, 2020 couldn't stop 'em! Jamie Nelinson (formally Kaplan) and her now husband Alex Nelinson tied the knot in the Historic Acres of Hershey in Hershey, PA on October 18, 2020. Although they had to postpone their wedding once due to COVID, they came up with some creative ways to still safely celebrate their love and the big day was everything they could have ever hoped for and more!

Council of Excellence Welcomes...

This just in... Eight time Council winner, Adriene Bowen, and two time Council winner, Dana Battles, joins 15 others at Sugar Beach in St. Lucia May for the 2020 Council of Excellence annual trip. This years Council inductees are making history as this makes the largest number of trip winners in a single year-- and counting. They have persevered overcoming challenges and have reached the pinnacle of IPA success!

Short Story Participation Winners

October was Diversity & Inclusion Month! Each Thursday during the month of October, IPA highlighted 4 employees to share their diverse backgrounds, culture and experiences. As part of your participation for attending each session, 3 winners have been randomly selected for a grand prize.

#Teamwork makes the #Dreamwork

#Dreamwork indeed. Elvis Marte and Kenny Egede have successfully pulled off a 2 of a 3 phase scrubEx and alEx implementation spanning from September and continuing through December 2020 valued at $2.3M at 11 NYC Health +  Hospitals in the New York area. Both Kenny and Elvis have done a phenomenal job in planning and overseeing the success of this multi-faceted install. Keep up the great work!
