Tis the season... 12 Days of Learning
‘Tis the season for learning! To help you find some time to invest in your development amid the year-end craze, we invite you to participate in LinkedIn Learning’s 12 Days of Learning Challenge, kicking off December 3rd. We think you’ll really enjoy this month’s content, as it all comes from LinkedIn Learning’s most popular courses of 2020.
Challenge yourself to complete each day’s short learning. Each can be completed in ~5 minutes. Initial each day when you’ve completed to keep yourself on track. Be well, and happy learning!
Tell us what you think!
As Human Resources plans for the new year, we want to hear from YOU! While IPA’s operating plan outlines Human Resources’ priorities, we want to know what is on your “HR Wish List” in the areas of employee programs and client service to you, our internal customer.
Please complete this 5-question survey by close of business Friday, December 11, 2020. We look forward to receiving feedback that will continue to make the Human Resources function valuable to you.
The annual Council of Excellence trip awards IPA's top sales performers an all expense paid vacation to recharge and renew while earning the recognition they deserve.
Last year we opened the annual trip to include every employee within the organization through the ICU Winning Safely (ICUWS) recognition program.
This year's trip is to the beautiful island of St. Lucia. Originally scheduled for Feb 7th - 11th, trip 2021 has been moved to May 2nd - May 6th.
Click here to nominate someone for ICUWS for a chance to win trip 2021!
