What are people saying?
The accounting team completed an in-depth audit process over the course of several weeks that resulted in no significant negative findings by the auditors. The team had to pull together countless documents and answer hundreds of questions from the auditors all while completing their daily tasks. This was done while working mostly virtually and while processing record numbers of daily tasks as the overall business performance was strong. Also, the results showed that over the past 12 months the team operated in compliance with all of the regulations that were designed for much larger companies that have much larger accounting teams.

Something from Kevin Janflone
At IPA, we believe learning is continuous. Our learning and development philosophy is built on the 70/20/10 principle.
Instead of a traditional Mid-year Review Discussion, time spent with your Manager will include a status-check on progress against established performance goals, identify opportunities to better support the team/Company, and uncover your passion and develop a roadmap to ensure learning and development remains an ongoing focus and priority.
Look for an email from Human Resources this week to learn more!
