Choose the Level of Service that Makes the Most Sense for Your Hospital.

alEx and scrubEx are fully warranted for one (1) year from the date of installation. After this time, you can take advantage of either of three service programs at your facility:

Plan:
FULL SERVICE
Description:
Worry-free, on-going maintenance, support, and service.
Includes:
On-site annual planned maintenance and check-up (travel once per year to and from your location is included), all parts and labor, unlimited phone support and software upgrades.
Requires:
Training of in-hospital tech (at no additional cost).
Discounts:
All-inclusive service. There is no extra charge for parts.

Plan:
PLANNED MAINTENANCE
Description:
Annual maintenance and check-up. Prevents potential problems.
Includes:
Inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and software upgrades, unlimited phone support and a discount on parts.
Discounts:
10% discount on any required parts.

Plan:
TIME AND MATERIALS
Description:
Receive our high-quality maintenance and repair services on a time and material basis.
Includes:
Customer is responsible for all equipment repair expenses including all parts, labor, travel expenses, and technical support.
Pricing:
Available upon request.

Want to Maintain Your Own Equipment?

The ( IPA )™ SERVICE SCHOOL offers a robust 3-day training curriculum on alEx and/or scrubEx, depending on what your facility has or plans to have in place. The comprehensive course covers theory, operation, and maintenance. Expect a part classroom, part hands-on approach to learning. Upon completion, you’ll not only be able to troubleshoot, replace parts, make adjustments, and do planned maintenance, you’ll be certified by ( IPA )™ – and you’ll have the confidence to help in practically any situation.

Training is conducted at the factory in Atlanta, Georgia, where you can meet the support team and see how alEx and scrubEx are built.
